Hayden Battle
Responsibilities
The Head of Access Services is responsible for supervising a department of 14 full-time staff members. With the help of library associates, it manages the operations of the Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, and Reserves operations of the library. It deals with library patrons on such issues as overdue books, fees, circulation access, carrel access, and other areas. It has ultimate financial responsibility over fine collection and copy machines in the building.
