Adding Images To Your Web Pages

It is easy to add a image to one of your web pages.

Browse to the page, then click the Edit button.

In the Body area, place your cursor where you want the image to display. Then click on the Insert/Edit Image icon as shown.

The Image Properties window will open. Click on the Browse Server button. This will allow you to select a file from your computer to upload to the server.


The File Browser window will open. Click the Upload link near the top of the window.

You'll see more options. Click the Choose File button to select the image to upload.

Browse to the file you'd like to upload. When the file is ready to upload, the file name will appear next to the Choose File button. When it appears, click the Upload button. 

The file will now appear in the list. Click the Send to FCKEditor link.

 You'll return to the Image Properties dialog box. Click the OK button to insert the image into the page. Please add a meaningful description in the Alternative Text field if the image conveys meaning to a blind user. otherwise, leave it blank.

The image will be placed in your web page.
