Problems with Campus Access to Library Resources
Due to changes in infrastructure, computers within certain buildings on campus cannot access our library
resources.
When users try to get into any of our subscription databases or electronic resources, they are told that they are an
unauthorized user or they are asked for a username and password. Your Tulane username and password will not
work.
Please contact the Technology Services Help Desk for assistance (ext. 8888) if you experience this problem.
