Historical anti-slavery works on exhibit in Rare Books through February

In honor of Black History Month, the Rare Books department will be displaying a selection of items drawn from the department's Anti-Slavery collection. The exhibit features various works by 19th-century abolitionist writers and organizations from both the U.S. and abroad.

The exhibit will remain up through February and will generally be available for viewing in Howard-Tilton room 604 during normal Rare Books hours (9-5, Monday through Friday); potential viewers may wish to contact Rare Books (rarebooks@tulane.edu or (504) 247-1934) in advance of their arrival to be sure that the department will be open for visitors.
