Donna Capelle Cook

In charge of the Technical Services Division of the Tulane University Libraries, Donna manages staff associated with acquisitions, binding, cataloging, conservation, electronic resources, gifts, and mailroom operations. Technical Services departments are located on the first floor of Howard-Tilton Memorial Library, except for the conservation lab which is located at the library's annex, 900 S. Norman Francis Parkway.
