Tulane University Special Collections welcomes visitors to Archives Social Hour, October 20

Tulane University Special Collections (TUSC) invites students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors to Archives Social Hour, an informal mixer and open house during Wave Weekend ’23 and American Archives Month. It takes place Friday, October 20, 2:30-3:30 p.m., on the 2nd floor (rooms 202 and 208A) of Jones Hall (6801 Freret St.).

View and learn about rare and unique archival materials from TUSC holdings, meet TUSC staff who can answer your questions about archives and special collections, and "visit the archives" just for fun. Free treats and giveaways available, while they last.

Longenecker’s Office of the President records (UA-RG2) and from the Katherine Settle Wright Papers (LaRC-1071) related to the student-involved legal case around desegregating Tulane in the 1960s.
