AppsAnywhere is Tulane's software delivery and virtualization platform, giving students and faculty access to university-provided software on any device, from anywhere—on or off campus.
This one-stop web application provides convenient access to all software available to Tulane users, supporting academic work wherever it's needed.

Computers in the Library
The Learning Commons on the 1st floor, designed for individual and collaborative group work, is equipped with limited PCs . The computers are equipped with the following software:
Laptop Lending Program
In partnership with Newcomb-Tulane College and the Office of Retention & Student Success, TUL offers an additional 10 Dell laptops available for student use.
Tulane students may borrow a laptop for up to 7 days from the 1st floor Circulation Desk at Howard-Tilton Memorial Library during regular library hours. This initiative aims to support students’ academic success when their personal laptops are not available to them.

When logging in, users with an existing Adobe account will be prompted to choose between their “Personal” and “Work/School” accounts—similar to other services like email. To access Tulane’s licensed Adobe software, select “Work/School.”
Active Tulane affiliates—including currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff—can access library computers using their Tulane username and password. For details, please see our Computer Use Policy.

Responsible Use
Library computers are intended for academic and research purposes. Users must respect the rights and privacy of others, maintain the integrity of the computer systems, and follow Technology Services' university-wide policy on the use of computers and networks.
The following actions are not permitted:
- Repeated non-academic use by non-Tulane affiliates
- Downloading or installing software on library computers
- Altering files or system configurations
- Attempting to bypass security or misuse passwords
- Damaging or removing computer equipment
- Using multiple library computers at once
- Connecting personal devices to the library network
- Game playing, including interactive games
- Copying copyrighted digital content
- Any illegal activity
Users engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to stop unless they can demonstrate the activity is related to a Tulane academic assignment. Repeated violations by Tulane students, staff, or faculty may result in disciplinary action. Non-affiliated users may be referred to the Department of Public Safety and removed from campus.
