Tulane University Special Collections maintains a collection of Louisiana state documents that extends from statehood to the present, as part of its Louisiana Research Collection (LaRC) in Jones Hall. As a selective Louisiana Public Documents Depository, LaRC acquires essential state documents plus additional state publications related to areas of academic interest. Its collection of published state documents predates the state's document depository program, and so its collection of 19th century state documents is one of the strongest in Louisiana. These are discoverable through the Library Search interface.
