Tulane University Special Collections (TUSC) is pleased to announce the processing and finding aid publication of the OffBeat, Inc. records (HJA-094), part of the holdings of the Hogan Archive of New Orleans Music and New Orleans Jazz.
The archival collection contains over 11.84 linear feet (29 archival containers) of business papers and correspondence related to OffBeat magazine; OffBeat, Inc., publications and events; and founder and publisher Jan V. Ramsey.

Tulane University Special Collections materials spotlighted at historic, newly reopened Dew Drop Inn

Archival photographs and oral history interviews are among featured items on display
Tulane University Special Collections (TUSC) is delighted to announce a new collaboration with the historic Dew Drop Inn of New Orleans, which reopens on March 1, 2024, after years of closure. As part of the collaboration, the newly redeveloped Dew Drop Inn will feature displays of archival materials from TUSC holdings.

Tulane University Special Collections (TUSC) is pleased to announce the processing and finding aid publication of the George G. and Jacqueline V. Mallinson collection (HJA-096).
This collection contains materials intended for an unfinished 1972 documentary film about New Orleans jazz elders. It includes reel-to-reel audio tapes and photographs of interviews with musicians Josiah "Cie" Frazier, Percy Humphrey, Willie Humphrey, Nathan "Jim" Robinson, and Ernest Roubleau.
